STANDARD SHIPPING: Please allow up to 3-5 business days to receive your order after your payment is cleared. Glam Luxury Hair, LLC will take 2 business days (not including weekends) to process your order. Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. All orders placed before 5pm est will be shipped the same day, all orders received after 5pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday.

Glam Luxury Hair, LLC is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, weather conditions or carrier delays. Also, to ensure prompt delivery please make sure all shipping information is entered correctly.

Due to Federal Laws, health regulations and concerns, there is a No Refund / Exchange Only Policy on Glam Luxury Hair, LLC products.  Please review and inspect your hair order upon receipt. We will only accept exchanges of  within hours of receipt of merchandise if hair has not been, worn, altered or tampered.

If the item appears to be tampered to be tampered with in any way,  all exchange policies are voided. All hair must be returned in its originally packing and bundles can not be untied or unwrapped, bundles have to be wrapped in Glam Luxury Hair, LLC labels.  Please include original invoice for a merchandise exchange to be granted to as proof of purchase.  Please allow 72 hours for processing from the day we receive your exchange.
